Holiday-let cleaning

The rota is prepared. The owner presses Send.

For a holiday-let cleaning business, the assistant turns the recorded jobs and cleaner assignments into a rota picture for each cleaner's group. The owner checks it and sends it. Cleaners can also ask for a job address in their own group and get the details from the assistant.

How the work grew

The work has grown to include driving-pay calculations and invoices in FreeAgent. AI Forge also built a system for jobs, rotas and requests that became the company's main operations system in October 2026. The wider system was additional work beyond the initial assistant setup.

Is this useful for my business?

It is a good starting point when a job repeats, the information is available and someone can check the result. Tell us about the work and we'll assess the fit.

Where do we talk to it?

We agree a suitable channel, such as Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp. A desktop app is also available. The choice depends on the job and the access needed.

How is this different from using an AI chat app myself?

Agents X is set up around an agreed business job and connected to the information it needs. AI Forge also handles setup, fixes and ongoing changes.

Will it remember earlier conversations?

It can retain relevant conversations and decisions so you can continue the work. We configure what it should remember for its role. Important details still need checking.

Can it send messages or spend money?

We agree those permissions in advance. Customer messages, payments and important changes can require your approval before they happen.

What happens to our information?

We agree which information the assistant needs and who should be able to use it. Each assistant runs on its own server. The job may also use external AI and messaging services; we explain the services involved before connecting your information.

Who provides the AI?

Agents X uses existing AI software, including the open-source Hermes software and OpenAI models. AI Forge sets up the assistant for your business, connects the tools, builds the agreed jobs and provides ongoing support.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the job and access to your tools. We confirm the expected schedule after checking what is involved.

What does it cost?

There is a setup fee and an ongoing managed-service fee. Your quote explains the included work, usage, support and changes. Larger additions are quoted separately.

Can I stop using it?

Your quote explains the cancellation terms and how your agreed records and outputs will be handed over.
