Information we receive
The AI Forge Discovery Assistant may receive operational information you choose to provide about a business workflow. If you approve the handover, we also receive your name, business name, business email address, the assistant’s structured summary, its suggested next step, and a record that you consented to the submission. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type and timestamps.
How it is used
We use this information to understand the enquiry, assess whether AI Forge may be a suitable fit, respond to you, protect the service against abuse and improve the quality of the discovery experience. We do not use the assistant to make legal, employment, credit or similarly consequential decisions.
AI and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security checks and AI processing. Approved lead summaries are delivered privately to Vincent through secured communications and email services. Providers process information only to operate these functions. The assistant is constrained to business discovery and does not need access to your systems.
Your choice and legal basis
The assistant does not transmit a lead summary until you actively confirm the handover and consent to being contacted. Processing is based on that consent and, where relevant, steps you ask us to take before entering a service agreement. You can stop the conversation without submitting your details.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not provide passwords, access credentials, payment information, health information, confidential client records or other sensitive personal data. Describe the workflow rather than sharing the underlying records.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential relationship and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained where legally required.
Cookies
The static website does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and hosting security may use necessary technical signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from abuse.
